Shipping and delivery

Standard Canada delivery

Standard delivery costs CA$19. Delivery is free when your goods total after discounts is CA$100 or more. Your cart shows the delivery charge before you pay. Service availability depends on the item and delivery postal code.

Delivery varies by product. Check the estimate in your cart before paying. Some products have extended delivery estimates, which you must accept at checkout. Items may arrive separately. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, give a revised estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full, prompt refund.

We currently offer standard delivery only. If there is a delay or an address cannot be served, we will contact you. You retain your statutory rights if we cannot deliver as agreed.

Where orders come from

Products are sourced through US supplier offers that support delivery to Canada. Orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Our company address is in Thailand; we do not advertise a Canadian warehouse or collection point. The delivery charge shown at checkout is the charge you pay to us for the agreed order.

Tracking and problems

Use the tracking link supplied for your parcel. If tracking is missing, a parcel is late or it arrives damaged, contact theteam@preppercompany.store with your order reference.
